Liked a couple of the singles, but was hoping for some deep cuts on the rest of the record where they showed their experimental side and multi-instrument prowess. Both of the first two records were so unique and set them apart from everyone else. This record sounds like everything else. It's completely forgettable and a real shame considering the talent and energy of this band. Might be better off just buying the singles.

I’ll try and stay unbiased. My friend is probably Glass Animals’ biggest fan. I tried really hard to get into them, starting with Tokyo Drifting & Heat Waves. It’s really hard to start liking them for me, which is just my opinion, but their sound is very similar to their old albums and gives me heavy electro vibes, especially for a pop album. It’s unenjoyable for me, but I see others saying it’s their fave album which I totally respect! I’ll definitely listen to future albums in hopes that it will grow on me, but for now. These are my thoughts on the album.
  • Literally my favorite album ever

Got back into Glass Animals before this album dropped and avoided it for a few months before giving it a listen. It’s some of the most well-produced music I’ve heard with such an established style you only get from this band. The songs feel like saturated colors and all have a very distinct vibe but the album does such a good job of meshing them all together. Completely recommend it to anyone remotely interested.

I've been hearing some of their songs on Alt nation on Sirius radio, I liked most of their songs but didn't really start paying attention to the stories in the songs until Space ghost coast to coast. Personally I think this albums sounds like perfect summer bbq chill with deep meanings once you listen to the stories of each song.

Music is the art of arranging sounds in time to produce a composition through the elements of melody, harmony, rhythm, and timbre. It is one of the universal cultural aspects of all human societies. General definitions of music include common elements such as pitch (which governs melody and harmony), rhythm (and its associated concepts tempo, meter, and articulation), dynamics (loudness and softness), and the sonic qualities of timbre and texture (which are sometimes termed the "color" of a musical sound). Different styles or types of music may emphasize, de-emphasize or omit some of these elements. Music is performed with a vast range of instruments and vocal techniques ranging from singing to rapping; there are solely instrumental pieces, solely vocal pieces (such as songs without instrumental accompaniment) and pieces that combine singing and instruments. The word derives from Greek μουσική (mousike; "(art) of the Muses"); see § Etymology and glossary of musical terminology.

Music can be divided into genres (e.g., country music) and genres can be further divided into subgenres (e.g., country blues and pop country are two of the many country subgenres), although the dividing lines and relationships between music genres are often subtle, sometimes open to personal interpretation, and occasionally controversial. For example, it can be hard to draw the line between some early 1980s hard rock and heavy metal. Within the arts, music may be classified as a performing art, a fine art or as an auditory art. Music may be played or sung and heard live at a rock concert or orchestra performance, heard live as part of a dramatic work (a music theater show or opera), or it may be recorded and listened to on a radio, MP3 player, CD player, smartphone or as film score or TV show.
