Tiësto has solidified himself as one of greats in electronic music. But this is not an example of why that is.

I didn't even bother to download this album. I've listening to TIESTO for years and THIS WAS TERRIBLE. I tried to at least browse through this album and I just couldn't. I don't know if someone else showed up at the studio the day it was supposed to be dropped and accidently hit the wrong button and THIS WAS UPLOADED. But this is clearly not the work we have all come to enjoy. I'm sorry TIESTO if this is/was really you. I guess we all have our bad days/moments. We can't make everyone happy. None of us are pizza.

Tiësto is making music now for the interests of people who are into a more popular edm genre. Perhaps he understands that his change from Trance to progressive house may have caused problems with those who loved him for his trance work. I agree that for more than 10 years now Tiësto has been commercializing his work, but I bet if he kept on making trance his views would remain neutral and even be least as popular as what he has been doing now. It is sad to notice that David Guetta’s work has reached more than 3 billion views in some of his songs on Youtube. He has always worked on house music all his life, but ever since Tiësto started into the edm genre a majority of the youth prefer, I would say 75% of his House music is equally as good as David Guetta’s, but has not even made a dent passed the billion views mark. He has earned that kind of love from all the edm lovers around the world.

I admit I get suckered into some “popcorn” EDM tracks if it’s really, really catchy and I bought a couple here along with the slick house track Insomnia. That’s it, though. The rest of this album (including the silly Jackie Chan track that dropped over a year ago) isn’t worth your time and isn’t like the old Tiësto most fans have grown accustomed to.

Music is the art of arranging sounds in time to produce a composition through the elements of melody, harmony, rhythm, and timbre. It is one of the universal cultural aspects of all human societies. General definitions of music include common elements such as pitch (which governs melody and harmony), rhythm (and its associated concepts tempo, meter, and articulation), dynamics (loudness and softness), and the sonic qualities of timbre and texture (which are sometimes termed the "color" of a musical sound). Different styles or types of music may emphasize, de-emphasize or omit some of these elements. Music is performed with a vast range of instruments and vocal techniques ranging from singing to rapping; there are solely instrumental pieces, solely vocal pieces (such as songs without instrumental accompaniment) and pieces that combine singing and instruments. The word derives from Greek μουσική (mousike; "(art) of the Muses"); see § Etymology and glossary of musical terminology.

Music can be divided into genres (e.g., country music) and genres can be further divided into subgenres (e.g., country blues and pop country are two of the many country subgenres), although the dividing lines and relationships between music genres are often subtle, sometimes open to personal interpretation, and occasionally controversial. For example, it can be hard to draw the line between some early 1980s hard rock and heavy metal. Within the arts, music may be classified as a performing art, a fine art or as an auditory art. Music may be played or sung and heard live at a rock concert or orchestra performance, heard live as part of a dramatic work (a music theater show or opera), or it may be recorded and listened to on a radio, MP3 player, CD player, smartphone or as film score or TV show.
