Reviews For OK ORCHESTRA By Artist AJR

I love AJR! Their music just keeps getting better and better. And I know they'll get even better! (If that's even possible:3) It's really the only music that I listen to! I know all their songs and all the lyrics of oko (OK Orchestra). I'm gonna see them in the Woodlands on April 30th, 2021! (I definitely don't hope that Jack crowd surfs ;-;)
  • AJR is such a good band compared to what else has been coming out lately…

Thanks AJR for ANOTHER awesome album! These three dudes make the best music. Simple and relatable. My favorite is Way less sad :D

Way less sad is stuck in my head, Bang! will forever be a 2020 classic, Bummerland is such a great summer song, 3 O’clock things is a horn Masterpiece, The Trick is a good story with wonderful lyrics, Joe is also a good story that has a more personal connection with the writer than with the listener but still connects with the listener, Adventure is out there is a relatable quarantine song and also a very good motivational song too, Ordinaryish people is another horn masterpiece with a sick melody, Humpty Dumpty is a lot like Joe but without the kid, Worlds smallest violin is such an AJR song and has the same instromorphing techniques with Bummerland, Christmas in June makes me wanna fall in love for once and make the most of it. All in all, great album, hope there’s a deluxe someday 🤞
  • Great album.

I love this album so much. This is only my opinion though, so don't take me too seriously. I just think everything they talk about is true. Also, everything's pretty positive (besides 3 o'clock things, and my play). I also love how different their music is. And it usually works well. Like that bass drop in Ok Overture, when it goes into the Joe section. Ahh. Gets me every time. I just love AJR, and I highly recommend their other albums; "Neotheater" and "The Click (deluxe edition)". Great album BESIDES THE TRICK. I don't like that one song. That's it. Other than that one song, 5 stars.

Music is the art of arranging sounds in time to produce a composition through the elements of melody, harmony, rhythm, and timbre. It is one of the universal cultural aspects of all human societies. General definitions of music include common elements such as pitch (which governs melody and harmony), rhythm (and its associated concepts tempo, meter, and articulation), dynamics (loudness and softness), and the sonic qualities of timbre and texture (which are sometimes termed the "color" of a musical sound). Different styles or types of music may emphasize, de-emphasize or omit some of these elements. Music is performed with a vast range of instruments and vocal techniques ranging from singing to rapping; there are solely instrumental pieces, solely vocal pieces (such as songs without instrumental accompaniment) and pieces that combine singing and instruments. The word derives from Greek μουσική (mousike; "(art) of the Muses"); see § Etymology and glossary of musical terminology.

Music can be divided into genres (e.g., country music) and genres can be further divided into subgenres (e.g., country blues and pop country are two of the many country subgenres), although the dividing lines and relationships between music genres are often subtle, sometimes open to personal interpretation, and occasionally controversial. For example, it can be hard to draw the line between some early 1980s hard rock and heavy metal. Within the arts, music may be classified as a performing art, a fine art or as an auditory art. Music may be played or sung and heard live at a rock concert or orchestra performance, heard live as part of a dramatic work (a music theater show or opera), or it may be recorded and listened to on a radio, MP3 player, CD player, smartphone or as film score or TV show.
