M83 is back

After hearing the ultimate double album a few years ago .. seeing them play an EPIC TOUR in support with the KILLERS for it .. was followed up with JUNK 🗑️.. which lets be real here, it wasn’t junk , but it definitely was self sabotaging the amazing possible follow up to an instant classic.. then I began to really worry after the digital experimental #2 album ..I didn’t care for that at all! I tried , for years lol.. Finally , Fantasy came out of nowhere ! AND IT WAS.. I always look at wiki every 3-6 years to check up on my fav bands album status .. there was nothing concerning a proper M83 Follow UP until the pre order drop on ITunes .. This album is no Double album .. but it’s just as beautiful .. phew ! Def con 4 averted !! A must buy!!

Tracks transport listeners to a new place with remnants and reminders of Before the Dawn Heals Us, Hurry Up, We're Dreaming, and a touch of Junk. Anthony's back to the root of what makes his music great; they're not all radio-single-worthy, and I think that's what he prefers. For fans of all M83's work, you will find home here. For those wanting a HU,WD carbon copy, look elsewhere.

There are no words for how gorgeous this album is but a sweeping ethereal landscape of music!

The first half is pretty amazing, can’t wait to hear the rest. Sounds like the old M83 is back!

Lush, layered, transcendent soundscapes that transport the listener into dreamlike states that are at once familiar and futuristic. This feels like M83 coming home.

“Earth to Sea” had me ascending on first listen, and the others are amazing as well! Can’t wait to hear the full thing upon release.
