    Because I'm seeking God and a renewed vigor to living my life for Him I purchased this album. The Elevation Worship team has never failed to give God the glory and because of that they are blessed with a powerful spiritual gift, a talent to sing and play musical instruments in such a way that when I hear them play I feel like I'm being taken out of the miry clay and being renew so that the good work that has begun in me is continuing towards completion. Thank you God for the good works you are doing in all of us! And because of that good work we now have another inspiring, uplifting and beautiful Praise & Worship Album to share to the world.

    Let me start by saying Elevation church is top notch in their excellence across the board. Now that being said - ultimately this album lacks imagination and creativity. There are some stand out tracks that get you beyond pumped (All things New - probably the best song). But if you're looking for something progressive and innovative - then this isn't it. If you're looking for something safe/comfortable with what typical contemporary Christian music is offering lately, then this is the best you can get. Elevation is full of talented people, and are lead by a pastor with an amazing vision. I think they can break from what has been the same since the 90's if they want to. For the Honor is Elevations best to this point, but they have the potential to make something that stands out from the rest, and they fail to do that with this album.

Music is the art of arranging sounds in time to produce a composition through the elements of melody, harmony, rhythm, and timbre. It is one of the universal cultural aspects of all human societies.
